I've been reading "out of the saltshaker - evangelism as a way of life" by Rebecca Manley Pippert. It's quite old, but pretty good. Haven't been reading it very quickly though...
I also read "Join me" by Danny Wallace a good book about a guy who just asked people to join him... and after he had followers he decided what they would do :) One person can change the world... he's since started his own country. Good book.
